Meet The Founder

“I always felt a lot of pressure and high expectations to achieve growing up as a South Indian in a religious and traditional community. Since I didn’t really want to take the path that was chosen for me, I felt alone during my journey of trying to figure out what does work for me, and what I truly enjoy. Learning about myself outside of my roles as a daughter, sister, student, employee, really changed everything for me in the best way.

You shouldn’t have to go through your healing journey alone. That’s what Brown Girls Thriving is for. To realize you are not alone in this. If you are feeling the urge to change your lifestyle, career, restart your life, we are right there with you.”
